HODINA watches come with a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty date goes into effect 14 days after watch purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the watch. If the watch was purchased as a gift, then proof of original purchase receipt will suffice.
The warranty covers workmanship and manufacturing defects as received from the manufacturer. Including defects such as non-working movements, defective logo print and defective case molds. Any cosmetic or internal damage to any component of the watch caused by wearing/using the watch is not covered. Damage as broken glass, water damage, and scratches on case are not covered. Battery life of watch is not included in warranty.
If your watch is received damaged through transport/shipping you have 48 hours to contact us from time received and we will compensate your order as necessary.
HODINA reserves the right to decline warranty on any product that does not meet the "covered" criteria. If you attempt to fix the watch yourself causing damage to the watch, we cannot guarantee the warranty. A Warranty will only be granted if a valid warranty issue exists. Upon our inspection, we will make that determination.
To the extent permitted by law, HODINA and any of its dealers, retailers or authorized agents are not liable for any damages or issues that occur to you by using our product/products.
